Depending on the weather, we will be taking the water tower offline for painting sometime soon for approximately a week.
During this time, we will be running the pump 24 hours a day to supply water and dumping the rest to the storm drains.
There may (or may not) be times when water pressure is lower than normal. I encourage using water during off hours when you can. It will reduce the load at peak hours. Please don’t water your lawn during this time.
If the power goes out, we are without water until comes back on again. If this occurs the Dept of Health recommends boiling all drinking water until I get a bacteria test back.
We did this 10 years ago and I don’t remember a pressure complain, so hopefully all goes well this time.
This does not affect Rolling Hills residents.
